The Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization, announced by decree No. 78 on 14/1/2007 from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in Syria. It aims to raise the awareness of the importance of human resources proper and best practices in public and private and civil sectors and the importance of human resources management as a strategic partner for businesses in Syria.
